Homemade Coconut Butter
Ingredients
3 cups desiccated coconut (no added sugar)
Method
Tip coconut into a food processor fitted with an s-blade.
Process for approximately 10-12 minutes scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula a couple of times.
When the coconut has changed into a shiny smooth liquid it is ready to pour into a clean jar.
Store in the fridge until required.
