Coffee Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (or very ripe)
1 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1-2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 shot of espresso)
1 cup of ice
1-2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein powder (I used plant based)
Method:
Slice banana into 1 cm slices and place in a high powered blender along with all other ingredients.
Blend well until smoohtie is frothy approx 2-3 minutes.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve (or put 1 serve into a jar for later and refrigerate)
Enjoy
*I always have extra ice in the bottom of the glass to chill smoothies.
