Banana & Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana, frozen or very ripe

1 tbs almond butter (or peanut butter)

250ml coconut milk (or other plant based milk)

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (plant based)

1 cup ice cubes

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

*I usually add extra ice to glasses before serving, makes a wonderful breakfast.
