Healthy Chocolate

Ingredients

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1-2 tbs Stevia to taste (granulated or liquid drops)

Method

Melt coconut oil and mix with cacao.  

Add stevia to taste.

Pour into moulds or into a small flat tray over nuts (if using) to freeze.

Freeze until set then turn out onto board and break up into chunks to eat.

*this chocolate will melt quickly when left a room temperature (weather dependant).

Optional Additions:

Dried natural cranberries

Nuts:  macadamias, pecans, walnuts, pistachio (your choice)

Flavouring eg Peppermint essence, orange etc.
