Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass or a jar with a lid to go.
* I often used extra ice cubes in the bottom of the glass.
