Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 banana
¼ avocado
1 scoop pea protein
½ cup coconut/almond milk
1tbspn slippery elm
½ cup berries (frozen or fresh)
1 handful of spinach
1/2 cup ice cubes + cubes for glass
Blend all ingredients together in blender until liquid.
Pour into large glass with ice.
Enjoy
