Vegan Chilli

Ingredients

1tspn olive oil

1 small red onion, diced

1tspn  garlic

1tspn  chilli powder

½ tspn ground cumin

1 can three bean mix drained 

1 cup paasta

1 tbsp fresh coriander

Method

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes.

Stir in all other ingredients except corriander

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.

Serve with fresh coriander.
