Nice Cream

Ingredients

3 Frozen Bananas

Method

Carefully chop banana into chunks add to blender or food processor and blend until creamy. (if adding a flavour add it while blending*)

Can be served straight away as a soft serve type ice-cream.

*if you prefer a more traditional texture place in a container with a lid for 1/2 hour before serving.

Optional flavourings

Peanut butter, frozen berries (blueberries), cacao (chocolate), dates & a pinch of salt (salted caramel), coconut

Tip:  buy bananas when they are ripe (usually cheaper) peel and place into snap lock bags in the freeze to have available when the ice-cream bug bites.
