Chocolate Nut Fudge
Ingredients
225g 85% dark chocolate
1 cup nut butter
3/4 cup erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Method
Melt chocolate and mix well, add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into a lined pan or lunchbox and set in fridge. When hard cut into 18 slices and enjoy
