Chia Pots

Ingredients:

2 tblspns chia seeds

1/3 cup milk (almond and coconut works well with this recipe)

Sweetener of choice, honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together.

Adjust sweetness to personal taste.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating.

Serve as is or with fresh berries or banana and a little greek yoghurt.

†This is a great snack at any time, can also be a protein fibre filled breakfast or dessert.  Adjust fruits of the season.
