Almond Nut Cheese

Fine nylon mesh bag

Ingredients
1 cup raw organic almonds

Juice 3 lemons

1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

Soak the almonds overnight, and then drain.

Add juice 3 lemons and sea salt.

Blend until smooth in a high powered blender or food processor fitted with the s-blade.

You may need a little water to assist with the blending.

Then strain through mesh bag.

Leave draining in fridge for up to 12 hours.

Serve on crackers or with veggie sticks Chopped herbs can be added to make herb cheese.

*This makes a soft crumbly spreadable cheese.
