Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of rolled quinoa
6 tablespoons water (90mls)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, flaxseed oil or MCT oil
Optional: ½ teaspoon raw bush honey
1/4 cup berries of choice, fresh or frozen
Method
Add water and quinoa to a small saucepan
Cook gently for 3 mins
Add flaxseed oil
Mix or mash berries into porridge and serve
