Keto Seed Bark
Ingredients
100g sunflower seeds
100g flaxseeds
100g sesame seeds
2 tbs psyllium powder
500 ml water
1 tsp salt
Method
Pre-heat oven to 170 deg Celsius
Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl, add water and allow to sit a few minutes (until mixture starts to gel together. Line to large baking sheets with baking paper. Once mix has 'gelled' place half of mix onto each lined tray and spread evenly with a wet spatula. Bake in oven approx 30 minutes. Flip over and remove the baking paper. With a pizza wheel cut into desired sized squares and continue to bake until crisp and browned (approx 30 minutes more). Once cooked allow to cool on a wire rack then place in an airtight container.
These are a great gluten free, low carb alternative to dipping chips and are delicious with cheese on a cheese platter, or just topped with avocado. yum Serves 16
