Cranberry & Pistachio Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1 cup dried cranberries

½ cup pistachio nuts

½ cup raw almonds

½ cup nut butter

1 – 2 tbsp raw honey (to taste) or maple syrup, agave (vegan)

1 tbsp linseeds/flaxseeds

Method:

Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor/blender and process until well combined. 

Add a small amount of warm water if needed to bind mixture together.

Using wet hands, roll into balls of desired size and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Place in freezer until set.  Once set transfer into an airtight storage container/jar and store in refrigerator or freezer.
