Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup berries fresh or frozen

1 handful of fresh spinach

1 banana (frozen if available)

1/3 cup unflavoured yoghurt

1 cup milk (any kind, eg almond, coconut etc)

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

Pour into large glasses

 

* I like to pour mine over ice, I also use a few ice cubes in to the blender in hot weather.

** when bananas are used frozen in smoothies they add an ice-cream like texture to the finished drink without all the calories and preservatives.
