Banana & Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large or 2 small mangoes

1 banana (frozen if available)

1/3 cup unflavoured yoghurt (coconut or greek)

1 cup milk (any kind eg. Almond, Coconut etc)

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

Pour into large glasses

 

* I like to pour mine over ice, I also use a few ice cubes in to the blender in hot weather.

** when bananas are used frozen in smoothies they add an ice-cream like texture to the finished drink without all the calories and preservatives.

***leftovers can be poured into iceblock moulds, frozen and eaten as a treat, YUM
